  1. Setelah semua bahan siap, campurkan dulu bahan2 yg cair. Mentega yg sdh dicairkan dan sdh tidak panas campurkan dgn gula pasir, susu cair, ragi, telur, garam. Aduk merata saja..
  2. Lalu masukkan terigu..aduk & uleni sedikit. Tidak perlu sampai kalis sekali..
  3. Tutup adonan menggunakan plastik wrap atau serbet bersih slm 40 menit, tunggu hingga mengembang 2x lipat..
  4. Setelah adonan mengembang, kempiskan. Lalu bagi menjadi 16 potong atau kira2 50 gr per potong..
  5. Ambil 1 potong adonan, lalu pilin memanjang berlawanan arah hingga bentuk adonan memuntir. Setelah terpuntir angkat adonan & pilin spt kepang 2.
  6. Setelah semuanya dibentuk, biarkan adonan mengembang kembali..
  7. Siapkan penggorengan & minyak utk deep frying. Goreng adonan satu per satu hingga berwarna kecoklatan. Balik sekali saja agar donat tidak berminyak..
  8. Angkat donat, taburi dgn campuran gula & bubuk kayumanis. Mohon maap bentuk donat saya belum cantik krn ngepangnya kurang mantep...xixixi..tapi rasanya enyak...enyak...enyak...👏.
